Our mission, as a young family, is to enjoy life to the fullest. We live to play, and we love to play where we live. Being on, in, and around the ocean is what drew us to this little rock; we enjoy sailing our local waters, exploring the trails and beaches, and, of course, sauna! Some of us (we won't name names) are a little... wimpy when it comes to cold water dips. How convenient that the hot/cold process not only helps work up the nerve for a dunk, but is also incredibly healthful for all aspects of life.
